HORSE COOKIES

1 cup uncooked oatmeal, not instant

1 cup shredded fresh carrots

1 cup flour

1 Tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

2 Tbsp oil, corn or vegetable

1/4 cup molasses

1/4 cup water

Combine ingredients, form into log on Saran wrap (about diameter

of a half dollar. Freeze until stiff, slice into 1/4 inch pieces. Bake on

ungreased cookie sheet 350F for 12-15 min.
